Whiskey River Media, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing branding, paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, web design and development, reputation management, and marketing automation services to founder-led and mid-market companies.

a. Information You Provide Directly
- Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of any message you send us through a contact form, discovery call booking, email, or chat.
- Prospective and current client information: business details, marketing goals, budget ranges, ad account access credentials, analytics access, and other information you provide in the course of a discovery call, proposal, or active engagement. (Note: information related to active client engagements is also governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work.)
- Newsletter and marketing list signups: name and email address if you subscribe to updates, guides, or resources.
- Communications: records of correspondence if you contact us by email, phone, or through the Site.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and click activity.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4 below.
- Approximate location data: inferred from your IP address.
c. Information From Third Parties

- Conduct business development and outbound prospecting for our agency services;

We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers (“processors”) who perform functions on our behalf, such as: hosting and site infrastructure, email/CRM and marketing automation platforms, scheduling tools, analytics and advertising platforms, and our proprietary reporting platform (WhiskeyNeat.ai) for clients.
- Advertising and analytics partners, to the extent you interact with our own ads or the Site (see Section 4).
- Professional advisors, such as accountants or attorneys, where necessary.
- Legal and safety purposes, including to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Whiskey River Media, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Client Confidentiality: We do not share client campaign data, ad account access, or confidential business information with third parties outside of the service providers necessary to deliver our services, except as required by law or with your consent.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the nature of our relationship with you.

a. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Note that you may still receive non-marketing communications related to an active engagement.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, an on-site cookie preference tool.
c. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. d. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
