The Site provides information about Whiskey River Media's marketing services, including branding, paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, web design and development, reputation management, and marketing automation, and allows visitors to request information, schedule calls, or submit inquiries. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a service agreement; any engagement is subject to a separate, signed Client Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, security, or availability (including through malware, scraping, or automated data collection not expressly permitted);

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Whiskey River Media name and marks, the WhiskeyNeat.ai name and marks, page layouts, visual design, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Whiskey River Media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted (e.g., sharing a link to a page), you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Case studies, client names, logos, and results referenced on the Site are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. No Guarantee of Results
Whiskey River Media provides marketing strategy and execution services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or any other specific business result, whether described on the Site, in a proposal, in a sales conversation, or elsewhere, unless such a guarantee is expressly and specifically set forth in a signed Client Agreement (for example, a defined performance benchmark tied to a performance fee structure).
Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitor activity, platform algorithm changes, client-side execution, and budget. Any case studies, testimonials, or example results referenced on the Site reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes for any other business.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, or tools (for example, scheduling tools, payment processors, or client sites) that we do not own or control. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
